Did you know we recommend flossing at least once a day using the c-shape flossing technique?
Grab 18 inches of floss wrap each end around a finger. Pinch the floss between your thumbs and forefingers Insert the floss between two teeth, forming a C-shape. Gently rub the floss up and down the side of the tooth, reaching under the gum tissue. Repeat for all of your teeth, including the back side of your back teeth.
